Micah 5:2 A person from eternity will
be born in Bethlehem and rule Israel.

Jesus
called a Branch from David
Jeremiah 23:5 A righteous branch will
reign as king and act wisely, with justice, and righteousness in the
land.

"Behold, the days are coming,"
declares the LORD, "When I will raise up for David a righteous
Branch; And He will reign as king and act wisely And do justice and
righteousness in the land."

'In those days and at that time I will
cause a righteous Branch of David to spring forth; and He shall

2 Sam 7:12,13 A king will come and
establish the throne and kingdom forever. Jesus said He is the king
but not of this world.

Daniel 2:37
You, O king, are the king of kings, to
whom the God of heaven has given the kingdom, the power, the strength

Jesus
announced by John the Baptist
Isaiah 40:3 A voice is calling in the
wilderness, Clear the way for the Lord in the wilderness;
Make smooth in the desert a highway for
our God.
John the Baptist fulfilled this
prophecy as he ministered at the Jordan river, baptizing the people
in repentance.
Luke 3:4-6
" as it is written in the book of

‘Make ready the way of the Lord,
Make His paths straight.

Star
Numbers 24:17
"a star shall come forth from
Jacob,
A scepter shall rise from Israel,"
They saw His star in the east.
Matthew
2:2
"Where is He who has been born King of the Jews? For
we saw His star in the east and have come to worship Him."
Jesus is the bright and morning star.
Rev 22:16
"I, Jesus, have sent My angel to
testify to you these things for the churches. I am the root and the
descendant of David, the bright morning star."
2 Peter 1:19
"So we have the prophetic word
made more sure, to which you do well to pay attention as to a lamp
shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star
arises in your hearts."
Rev 2:28 The overcomers will be given
the morning star.
"And I will give him the morning
star."
Daniel 12:3
"Those who have insight will shine
brightly like the brightness of the expanse of heaven, and those who
lead the many to righteousness, like the stars forever and ever."

Luke 2:36-38

years and had lived with her husband seven years after her marriage,
37 and then as a widow to the age of eighty-four. She never left the
temple, serving night and day with fastings and prayers. 38 At that
very moment she came up and began giving thanks to God, and continued
to speak of Him to all those who were looking for the redemption of
Jerusalem."
Jesus came in the world vulnerable and completely weak, but not alone.
